Returns Policy
-If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days after shipping date. Refund will be issued to your credit card in the original amount paid less shipping and handling charges, provided the returned products are in UNUSED and RE-SALABLE condition, all accessories and tags must be in original package.
-Returns that arrive beyond 30 days after the shipping date, no refund will be credited. We only accept exchange to equal value of other products and customer is responsible for shipping cost for exchange items.
-Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before the product is returned to the seller. We will not accept any return shipment without RMA number. Please email to us so that we can issue a RMA number and instruction to you.
-Special order and custom-made handcrafted merchandises can not be returned or exchanged. I tried very hard to meet your specification for custom-made order, please email to me to discuss the details and exact measurements before order proceeded.
-On manufacturer defective merchandise, no refund will be offered. Once we received the returns, we will ship the replacement at our cost. If such item is not available, customer may choose another product from our catalog of equal value.
-All returns to sheencompany.com must be shipped by a carrier which will be able to provide a tracking number of shipments.
-Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges on returned items to Sheen Company.
-All products with beads and sequins embroideries were not recommended to machine wash and tumble dry. We do not guarantee and do not accept returns if products are damaged by this practice.
-All promotional, discounted, closed-out or sale items are sold as is, no refund or exchange.
